This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the services purchased or accessed through the Rhapsody Adventures Website. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

The user must create an account. You represent and warrant to Rhapsody Adventures that any information you provide when you create your Account is accurate, current, and complete, and that your Account information will be kept accurate, current, and complete. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

If Rhapsody Adventures has reason to believe that your Account information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Rhapsody Adventures reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

In the event that the seller, for any reason, is obliged to pay such taxes, the buyer shall, upon request, immediately refund such amounts to the seller. The customer shall provide, at the request of the seller, any tax exemption certificate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

In addition, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, customers agree to send us duly completed tax forms, to enable us to make all required filings with the tax authorities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

PRICE CHANGE<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

We may change prices and\/or introduce new charges in addition to prices at our sole discretion upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the User.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase prices, immediately and with contemporaneous notice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

PAYMENT<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The price of the services will be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of fortuitous or force majeure. Under no circumstances will Rhapsody Adventures pay penalties for delays in the delivery of our services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
